Bicycle Accessories OEM Supplier: Sourcing, OEM/ODM and Private-Label Execution
Ridingoutdoor is a cycling accessories sourcing and OEM execution partner — not a factory. If you are looking for an accessories supplier, the practical question is how the partner behind the programme works.
This page sets out what we do, what sits with our manufacturing partners, and how a programme is coordinated from shortlist to export delivery across Europe, North America and other markets.
How Ridingoutdoor works in this area
Ridingoutdoor works as a sourcing and OEM execution partner for bicycle brands, importers and distributors: product selection, supplier coordination, OEM/ODM and private-label execution, quality control and export delivery.
Ridingoutdoor is not a manufacturer and does not describe itself as one. Products are made by selected manufacturing partners; our role is selection, specification, execution and delivery.
What we are, and what we are not
We are
A sourcing, OEM/ODM and private-label execution partner for cycling accessories, working with a network of manufacturing partners across inflation, saddles, lighting and mounting products.
We are not
A factory, and not a manufacturer of the full range. We do not present partner capacity as our own, and we do not use manufacturing claims as a selling point.
Why that matters to a buyer
A sourcing partner is judged on model selection, specification discipline and delivery execution. Those are the things you can audit before and during a programme.
How to verify it
Company identity, supplier selection and project management are described on the Company & Sourcing Verification page, and the workflow on the Sourcing & Quality Process page.
How a range gets built
Requirement mapping
We start from your bicycle categories, target markets, channel and price ladder, then map which accessory categories are worth carrying. See Product selection & range building.
Model shortlisting
Candidates are pulled from the partner network and filtered on confirmed specifications — not on catalogue claims. Unconfirmed values are left unstated.
Sampling before volume
Shortlisted models are sampled so your team evaluates a physical unit, not a data sheet.
Supplier coordination
Specification alignment, artwork feasibility, production follow-up and the agreed quality checks are coordinated across partners by one contact.
Categories we source
Inflation
All-valve electric mini pumps covering Presta, Schrader, Dunlop-Woods and CLIK, plus floor pumps, CO2 inflators, tubeless boosters and pocket pumps.
Saddles
E-TPU, 3D printed, AirTag-ready and comfort-performance platforms with confirmed cover, shell and rail specifications.
Lighting and visibility
Removable-battery front and rear lights, radar rear lights, StVZO-documented front and rear models, and LED visibility pedals.
Mounting and replacement parts
Mounts and adapters that complete a lighting programme, plus custom bicycle inner tubes in AV, FV and DV valve configurations.

Before you shortlist
Bicycle accessories OEM supplier — common buyer questions
Are you a manufacturer?
No. Ridingoutdoor is a sourcing, OEM/ODM and private-label execution partner. Products are made with selected manufacturing partners, and we do not present partner production as our own.
Which accessories can you supply for OEM programmes?
The current range covers inflation, saddles, bicycle lighting and visibility, mounts and adapters, and inner tubes. Each category page lists the confirmed models and their specifications.
Do you work with brands outside Europe?
Yes. Programmes are run for buyers across Europe, North America, Australia, Japan and other international markets. Destination requirements are confirmed per market.
How do you handle quality control?
Checks take place at the stages agreed with your team, against the confirmed specification and artwork revision for that model. The workflow is described on the sourcing and quality process page.
Can you develop a product that is not in the range?
ODM development is possible where a requirement cannot be met by an existing confirmed model. It starts from a specification discussion and a feasibility confirmation with the manufacturing partner.
How do we start?
Send the categories you are building, your target market and an indicative quantity. You will get a shortlist of confirmed models with specifications, sampling steps and the documentation position.
Request a quote
Send the models you are considering, your destination market, target quantity and whether you need standard, OEM or private-label execution. We will come back with confirmed specifications, sampling steps, lead time and documentation status for the models you shortlist.
