Choosing the right bicycle lock structure
Folding Locks (828 series)
A folding lock uses linked steel plates that fold into a compact package for frame mounting, then unfold to lock around a wheel and a fixed object. The 828 series covers 100 cm and 120 cm unfolded lengths. Folding locks suit riders who carry the lock on the bike daily and want a longer locking reach without the weight of a long chain.
U-Locks (669, 610)
A U-lock locks a shackle through the wheel and into a lock body. Shackle diameter, inner width and inner height determine which wheels and objects the lock fits. U-locks are compact, frame-mountable and quick to use; the 610 model adds a reinforced shackle construction with a silicone-coated body.
Lock & Chain Sets (660)
A U-lock and chain set pairs a U-lock with a chain, so the chain can secure the wheels or a second object while the U-lock anchors the frame. The 660 set includes a 10 mm × 1,000 mm chain with a polyester carry bag, and is quoted as a complete set.
Alarm Disc Locks (107)
A disc brake lock passes a pin through the brake disc and locks in place, with an integrated alarm in the lock body. Disc locks are compact and are used on motorcycles and on bicycles fitted with disc brakes; disc-brake fitment must be confirmed per model.

We offer selected bicycle lock models with ART certification through our manufacturing partners. Certification details and applicable ratings are confirmed by model. In the current range, the 828 folding locks (100 cm and 120 cm) are ART 2-star certified, the 669 U-lock is ART 3-star certified and the 660 U-lock and chain set is ART 4-star certified.
ART certification is applied for, held and renewed by the manufacturing partner; it is not a statement that every model in the range is certified, and it does not replace market-specific or insurance requirements.
OEM and private label cooperation
Ridingoutdoor works with manufacturing partners to source bicycle lock models for OEM and wholesale buyers, including ART-certified models. For OEM and private-label projects we coordinate product specification confirmation, sampling, branding, retail packaging, quality checks and export arrangements with the partner factory.
Minimum order quantities start from 500 pcs per model for the documented configuration; custom colors, custom packaging and other project-specific requirements are confirmed per order and per project.
