All-Valve Inflation

All-Valve Electric Bike Pumps: One Head for Presta, Schrader, Dunlop and CLIK

An all-valve electric bike pump inflates Presta, Schrader, Dunlop-Woods and CLIK from one head — no adapter to add, lose or explain, and one model covers the valve standards your markets use.

Built for bicycle brands, importers and distributors building an inflation line, and for private-label buyers who need their own logo, packaging and manual. One model covers the valve standards used across performance, city and e-bike wheels.

Sourcing & programme support

How Ridingoutdoor supplies this category

Ridingoutdoor supplies all-valve inflation products — electric mini pumps, a floor pump, a CO2 inflator, a pocket pump and a disc-wheel valve head — for wholesale, OEM and private-label programmes.

Ridingoutdoor is a sourcing and OEM execution partner, not a factory: models are produced with selected manufacturing partners and every specification is confirmed at model level.

Why it matters

Why one head for four valve standards is a buying decision

Fewer SKUs, fewer adapters

A pump that needs a screw-on adapter for one valve standard turns into a second part number, a second packaging line and a support question at retail. A single all-valve head removes that layer from your range.

One model, more markets

Presta dominates performance bicycles, Schrader remains standard on city, trekking and e-bike wheels, Dunlop-Woods is still common on European city bicycles, and CLIK is a newer push-on standard. A single all-valve model can be listed into all of those channels without market-specific variants.

Copy that stays honest

When one head covers four standards, packaging and manuals can state valve compatibility once and stay valid across the range — instead of a different claim for every channel.

Support and returns

Adapter confusion is a common source of returns and negative reviews on inflation products. Removing the adapter removes the failure mode.

The four standards

What each valve standard means for your range

Presta

The narrow, threaded valve used on most road, gravel and performance bicycles. It requires a head that grips the threaded stem and either screws on or locks with a lever.

Schrader

The wider automotive-style valve found on city bikes, trekking bikes, e-bikes, kid bikes and most racks and trailers. It needs a larger bore and a positive lock.

Dunlop-Woods

A classic European valve still specified on many city and utility bicycles. It is dimensionally close to Schrader but the core behaviour differs, which is why some pumps fit one and not the other.

CLIK

A push-on valve standard designed to remove threading from the inflation workflow. Direct compatibility matters here: an adapter-based head is not the same as a CLIK-ready head.

Who this is for

Who buys all-valve inflation products

Bicycle brands

Brands that need an inflation model in their accessory line without adding market-specific variants, and that want their own logo, colour, packaging and manual.

Importers and distributors

Distributors covering several markets or several bicycle categories from one catalogue, where a single all-valve model reduces range complexity.

Private-label buyers

Retail and online private-label programmes that specify packaging artwork, manual language and carton configuration before the first production run.

Fleet, rental and e-bike programmes

Operators with mixed valve standards in service — e-bike, city and performance bicycles — where a single workshop inflation tool is easier to manage.

Quality and documentation

How we handle specification and documentation

Specification discipline

Nothing is published on a model page until the supplier has confirmed it. Values that are not confirmed are left unstated rather than estimated.

Inspection and export execution

Quality control and export documentation are handled as part of the project, not as an afterthought — see the sourcing and quality process page.

Market documentation

Documentation and certification availability varies by model and destination market. It is confirmed per project and never assumed from a category-level claim.

Process visibility

Sourcing, sampling, production follow-up and shipping are documented per programme so buyers can see where a shipment stands.

FAQ

All-valve electric bike pumps — common buyer questions

Do all-valve pumps really need no adapter?

On the models listed on this page the head fits Presta, Schrader, Dunlop-Woods and CLIK directly, with no adapter required. Confirm it model by model when you shortlist, because valve design differs between electric, floor, pocket and CO2 products.

Which pump should a brand list first?

Most programmes start with one electric mini pump for the accessory line and one floor pump for the workshop or home segment. The right first model depends on your price ladder and channel, not on output alone.

What pressure class is realistic?

Electric mini pumps in this range are specified at a 120 PSI class, the pocket pump at a 90 PSI class and the floor pump at a 150 PSI class. Compare inflation speed only together with its test condition.

Can the battery be replaced?

Removable-battery models are available across the electric range. Confirm the specific battery architecture per model, because both removable and built-in variants exist in the range.

Is Ridingoutdoor a pump factory?

No. Ridingoutdoor is a sourcing, OEM and private-label execution partner. Models are produced with selected manufacturing partners and confirmed at model level.

How do we start?

Send the valve standards you need to cover, your market and target quantity. We will shortlist models, confirm specifications and documentation status, and move to a sample unit before production.
